Partners Personnel is Patient Services Representative for our client in the Langhorne, PA, this is a Contract to Hire position – Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm - On-Site $18.00 to 20.00 / hour -DOE

Job Duties
- Prepare work orders efficiently and accurately.
- Obtain the necessary documents for insurance companies / plans.
- Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services to ensure seamless care.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner, including appropriate communication and attire.
- Exercise knowledge of various insurance company or plan procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure the smooth flow of service within the office.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support team operations.
