Senior Accountant Analyst

Partners Professional is currently sourcing for an experienced Senior Accountant for our client located in Tampa Fla. This position will be a leadership role providing FP and A support for the Operations Team including Global Sourcing and Logistics. This position will be responsible for coordinating FP and A related work across multiple divisions and work is close collaboration with corresponding directors, managers, and stakeholders, including providing liaison with Finance and Supply Chain Leadership. The selected candidates will be working on site in Tampa with up to 15% travel possible.

Responsibilities:

Creates financial plans such as Annual Operating Plan (AOP), 3-year Plan, monthly and quarterly forecasts.

Assists executive management with monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, inventory, capital and head count -all related to supply chain operations.

Reporting, analysis, forecasting, and master data management showing forecast v. plan as related to @ $1billion in purchases made yearly.

Play key role in global network analysis to optimize freight expense reductions. Develop global freight budgets.

Develop quarterly forecasts for inflation and PPV for Procurement Category Management

Assist in creation of material cost standards in yearly budgeting process

Qualifications:

Ability to lead, influence, build consensus and work effectively in teams

Strong analytical, quantitative, financial modeling, and project management skills

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven track record of reporting and utilization of financial information and data

BS in finance, supply chain management or similar quantitative degree required and MBA preferred

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in Access or similar database management tools

5-10 years of souring/supply chain or FPandA experience

Knowledge of Lean Sigma a plus

MS Dynamics, HFM, Hyperion, Essbase would be given heavy consideration.
