Job Overview for the Community Outreach Representative:
Our newest business venture has allowed us to partner with one of the leading telecommunications brands in the country. We are seeking a driven, go-getting Entry Level Community Outreach Representative to join our team amidst all the growth our company is experiencing. The Community Outreach Representative is a key player in boosting customer acquisition rates and overall sales for our clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying prospective customers to educate them on our client’s products and services, following up with former customers to ensure satisfaction, and closing sales deals in an efficient and confident manner. This Community Outreach Representative role is full-time, and hands-on training is provided by our company.
Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with community members to conduct compelling product presentations and promote our clients’ services
- Follow up with current and former customers to gather feedback and update them on any upcoming promotions or deals
- Maximize community engagement for our clients by building strong relationships, fostering trust, and confidently closing sales
- Draft and organize sales contracts and enrollment forms, ensuring customer information stays confidential
- Assist in the training and development of new Community Outreach Representative alongside Senior Management
- Maintain compliance in accordance with our client’s expectations and ensure the brand is being represented in a positive, professional manner
- Attend company-sponsored workshops alongside fellow Community Outreach Representative to sharpen and develop business acumen and customer service/sales skills
Community Outreach Representative Skills/Qualifications:
- MUST possess a customer-centric mindset and be excited to interact with customers on a daily basis
- Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role is ideal but not required
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, clients, peers, and management
- Displays strong organizational and time management skills
- Shows interest in the telecommunications field and is excited to learn more
- High school diploma or GED required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
