```Duties:```
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests by actively monitoring the pool area
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any needs
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
```Qualifications:```
- Must be a strong swimmer with the ability to perform rescues if necessary
- Current Lifeguard certification, including CPR and First Aid training
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and respond quickly in emergency situations
