Job Title: Campaign Specialist

Location: Southfield, MI 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Campaign Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing creative strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling messaging and visuals for campaigns.
  • CRM Management: Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Develop and execute testing strategies to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure campaign alignment with broader business initiatives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns meet legal and regulatory guidelines, including data privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or related roles
  • 3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Certification in digital marketing, PPC, or related areas.
