What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Manager position at Epiphany Senior Housing?
This position will provide management for the cooks, prep cook and dietary aides. The Certified Food Protection Manager will create menus, assist with preparation and fill in positions as needed. You will order food and supplies and assure smooth operations and compliance with Assisted Living licensure. Certified Dietary Manager credentials required.
Qualifications include:
- Must be a graduate of an approved dietary manager course
- Must has previous management experience and possess leadership qualities
- Must have knowledge of dietetic principles, food sanitation and food service operation under assisted living licensure
- Must be able to work positively with other department heads and personnel
- Must enjoy working with geriatric residents
- Must be an example of what is expected of all employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Supervising Experience: 1 year (Required)
