Position: Dietary Manager
Schedule: Dayshift Monday-Friday (80 hours per biweekly pay period) with some weekend assistance as needed. This is a salaried/exempt position.

Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in preparing food, setting up meal trays, food carts and serving food and performing dishwashing and cleaning duties as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Starting Salary Range: $60,000 annual depending on experience.
Job Summary: The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the culinary department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, governing our facility, and assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the culinary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM).
