RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage and maintain the Dietary Department
Provide nutritional and attractive meals for our residents
Maintain an organized sanitary environment
Monitoring inventories and purchasing food and supplies as required
Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate degree in a food service related field
Dietary Management Certification - Required within 12 Months of Hire
ServSafe Certification - Required and Current
Minimum 2yrs of experience with 1yr in a management role
Experience with operating a budget is essential
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Experience in clinical setting / long-term care facility is a plus
Positive Can-Do Attitude
