Your Mission:
Logistics Developers are at the forefront of creating solutions that streamline supply chains, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. The role allows you to tackle complex challenges and you'll play a critical part in overcoming obstacles that keep the business moving forward. Responsibilities:
- Drive improvement independently and be an innovator of new ways of working
- Drive the development of processes and ensure an efficient flow of operational functions, always keeping in mind the need for a safe working environment
- Contribute to the organization's understanding and focus on customer needs
- Development of new processes to enable efficiency & effectiveness
- Design & implementation of operational layouts to improve internal processes
- Project Leader for new initiatives related to the distribution center including the evaluation of new investments, pre-studies, implementation and commissioning
- Train employees at the distribution center in new processes and routines
- Work in close collaboration across all departments, ensuring adequate communication within each function of the Distribution Center
- Benchmark and provide appropriate tools to measure business performance
- Work with continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 2-4 years experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or industrial engineering related to supply chain.
- Experience with Manhattan SCALE Warehouse Management System
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and software like Excel, PowerBi, and WMS
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
