EPTAM Precision Metals is looking for a Production Operator - Finishing (Weekend Shift) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. 4 Shift Weekend

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

5:30am to 5:30pm

12% Shift Differential

POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in producing or delivering manufactured parts in a large variety of capacities.

This role supports our Weekend Wash Department

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Assist in producing or delivering manufactured parts. May include: saw raw material for use, wash and/or tumbler parts, sand blast, deburr and/or buff parts, and laser information on devices, or other processing.
• Maintain all physical and digital documentation required both during and after production.
• Perform periodic cleaning and general maintenance on equipment, tables, and/or machinery as needed.
• Be active in problem solving and team meetings, making suggestions on quality and flow improvements, follow assignments through to completion.
• Understand and follow standard quality operating procedures.
• Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor or company management.
• Employee must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instruction. Can get along with co-workers or peers and respond appropriately to feedback from a supervisor in a professional manner.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience: Less than 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
• Additional Requirements: Must possess good organizational skills and good manual dexterity. Basic mechanical aptitude required and working qualities of various metals and alloys.
