Role Overview:
Eptura is looking for a passionate, results-driven, and collaborative individual to join our Business Applications team. The Manager of Salesforce Platform is the product owner for the Salesforce cloud environment and functional lead over US-based team members on the team. This role will act as a fundamental bridge between the business and the technology teams and will focus on strategizing and prioritizing solutions that maximize cost structure, usability and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for partnering with business partners to translate business needs into technical requirements, creating focus for delivery teams', supervising members on the team and stakeholder management. This role will partner with Business Partners and the Lead Developer to determine the overall strategy and roadmap of the respective Salesforce Cloud and strategic implementation within the Salesforce CRM tool as a whole.
The ideal candidate has advanced technical and analytical expertise to ensure you can optimally identify issues, evaluate solutions and ensure that development is prioritized while removing blockers. Additionally, the candidate should be a self-driven individual with a “get it done” attitude and have a passion to solve complex business and technology problems. excel at designing scalable Salesforce solutions and have a strategic vision for integrating CRM solutions into the broader organizational framework. This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, developers, project managers, and program managers to ensure effective architecture solutions and drive innovation within the organization and cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a leader of the Salesforce Cloud platform, responsible for constructing, validating, and managing the vision, roadmap, resources, engagement model, and adoption. Understands the sequential order in which capabilities should be developed to build a strong foundation before pursuing incremental benefits
- Partner with the Lead Developer and Business Partners to design and implement technical architecture and solutions for Salesforce projects, aligning it with strategic corporate business objectives and the overall enterprise architecture
- Monitor configuration and quality assurance aspects of features to ensure optimal user experience
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration specifications.
- Collaborate with SMEs, sales teams, and other stakeholders to address constraints and design optimal solutions.
- Identify and resolve issues within the platform and its integrations.
- Enhance the platform's scalability, stability, accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and recommend new tools and technologies as appropriate.
- Provides focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance management, supporting career development and rewarding strong performance

About you:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- 10 years in Salesforce application management role, including administration and development in multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud) and advanced technical skills.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is required
- Salesforce CPQ Certification is required
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification is preferred
- Certified Platform App Builder is preferred
- 7 years of experience in a related field (financial services, sales, CRM/customer relationship management)
- 5 years managing medium to large scale projects
- 3 years Supervisory experience required
- Agile delivery experience
- Strong Oral and Written communications skills
