We are looking for a high energy, experienced and results-driven Regional Key Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our most important high-end prestigious clients and functional medicine offices around California and possibly some other states, ensuring their needs are met to a superior standard while driving fast business growth.
Role Overview:
As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our largest and most strategic clients. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships, maximize opportunities for revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet clients' needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts in and around California, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Some national and global conference attendance is required.
· Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers at client organizations.
· Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while ensuring the delivery of value to clients through effective account management strategies.
· Strategic Planning: Work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, developing tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
· Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within your key accounts, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
· Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and feedback to drive improvements in service delivery and innovation.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, KPIs, and key metrics to internal stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role, ideally in health and wellness.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Demonstrated success in managing high-value client accounts, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue as well as delivering quantitative results.
· Ability to strategize and think critically, solving complex challenges while keeping the client's best interests in mind.
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
· Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Medical training or experience with supplements is a plus.
