At Equiliem, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
This is a hands-on position that requires solid understanding of manufacturing processes and excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with production teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials, and processes. This includes training employees to the right quality standard and meeting all safety requirements throughout the production process and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Inspect and test various parts of manufacturing, comparing against predefined standards
- Provide quality tools, methods, and data to assure ongoing defect-free quality both internally and at the supplier level
- Analyze problems reported and develop improvements to overcome them
