We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Manufacturing Quality Assurance to join our client's team in Hudson County, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing and a proven track record in quality assurance management. This role requires a dynamic leader who can prepare manufacturing teams for internal and external audits, manage quality management system documentation, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare manufacturing teams for internal and external audits.
Conduct root cause investigations and develop corrective action responses.
Manage the control of manufacturing Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO / TL9000 standards.
Serve as the day-to-day guidance and escalation point for the Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC) teams.
Advise and contribute to manufacturing process improvements to assure the highest product quality.
Mitigate quality issues and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
10 years of experience in a similar function within the high-tech, computer manufacturing, or electronic manufacturing industry.
8 years of experience managing people.
Experience working in a global organization.
Skills and Competencies :
Strong knowledge of ISO / TL9000 standards.
Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Proven ability to manage and improve QMS documentation.
Effective leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details : $170,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
