Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Set goals and initiatives for WHP reps with VP of EQ Solutions
- Allocates opportunities to specific team members based on certain criteria
- Develops vendor and supplier relationships
- Lead the team in creations of the right solution components and work products
- Coach and direct team members to ensure timelines and work product requirements are met
- Manages the CAD personnel and Specialists in developing the proper concepts and pricing strategies
- Ensures that his/her team performs with a positive attitude and a great sense of urgency in order to exceed customer expectations
- Accountable for setting the budget and other P&L expectations with regards to allied and warehouse products
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: College Degree Preferred
- Experience: Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years experience selling forklifts
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
