As an Accounting & Finance (Investment Accounting) Intern, you will assist in reconciling and analyzing investment accounting data, supporting the monthly and quarterly investment accounting close, and conducting routine checks to ensure data consistency. This role will work closely with the Investment Accounting team to contribute to the overall accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about accounting and finance, possess strong analytical skills, and are eager to learn in a professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in reconciling and analyzing investment accounting data within our investment accounting system and data warehouse.
- Support the monthly and quarterly investment accounting close processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Conduct routine checks from multiple sources to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Research and resolve discrepancies and anomalies in the investment data.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance reporting processes and ensure data integrity.
- Participate actively in department objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
What You'll Bring:
Education:
- Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited university, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel required.

Compensation and Pay Philosophy:
The pay range for this role is $20.00-$25.00 per hour. This reflects the expected compensation for the position at the time of posting. The final offer will be based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity, and may be higher or lower than the posted range.
