We are seeking an Operations Support Professional. In this role, you will assist with critical functions such as HR, finance, recruiting, staffing, and marketing. Working closely with senior leadership, you will receive mentorship and gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of business operations, helping to drive efficiency and growth across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position allows telework.
Experience
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with at least 2 years of experience.
Required skills :
- Familiar with finance processes, including payroll administration and invoicing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Familiar with the government defense contracting industry.
- Experienced in HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Skilled in the recruiting process and tools, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring experience.
- A strong communicator, with the ability to engage effectively with team members.
- Driven and focused on career growth, consistently seeking new challenges and opportunities to advance professionally in a dynamic environment.
