Assistant Operations Manager

Peregrine Team is hiring for an Assistant Operations Manager in Elmsford, NY. This position is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.

$28 - $34/hour

Job Duties

• Assign personnel to the daily work schedule
• Respond appropriately and timely to client requests and concerns
• Oversee the implementation of operations training programs for the branch
• Manage quality assurance functions within the branch office
• Perform job evaluations in the field to ensure service quality
• Maintain operations equipment, vehicles, and the branch office environment
• Order uniforms for personnel, PPE, and office supplies as required
• Train and orient new employees in accordance with company standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
• At least 2 years of experience in a field supervisory role (Required)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring payroll accuracy and data entry precision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  
  

Work Environment

• Varied commercial and industrial environments
• Exposure to dust, grease, fumes, and chemicals
• Moderate noise levels
• May require lifting up to 50 lbs and working from ladders
