About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at ERPLY Retail Platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential customers, qualifying prospects for our sales team, and using LinkedIn to find new leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call potential customers and provide information regarding products and services by following the calling list provided by Senior management.
- Qualify prospects for the sales team and use data management skills to maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasts.
- Use LinkedIn to find new leads and reach out to them via email or social media to book meetings with potential prospects.
- Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 1-3 years experience selling B2B SaaS software to Mid-market and Enterprise segments (required).
- High-level proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal (required).
- Strong work ethic, proficiency in using LinkedIn, and ability to onboard quickly are essential qualities for this role.
- A good listener, empathetic salesperson who can adapt well to change and is organized, self-disciplined, and professional in demeanor.
