Position Overview: We seek a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients within the automotive industry. This role serves as the first point of contact between prospective customers and Volie, setting the tone for successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and challenges of prospects to determine alignment with Volie's solutions, ensuring high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Volie's products and services to communicate value propositions to potential clients effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
- CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system to ensure efficient lead management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience: 3 continuous years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous. Familiarity with the automotive industry or SaaS products is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
