Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end proposal development, including planning, research, writing, editing, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, estimating, and technical) to produce tailored, competitive proposals.
- Develop win strategies, themes, and value propositions to address client needs effectively.
- Manage proposal schedules and resources, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.
- Lead proposal meetings, team coordination, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain and enhance a database of proposal content and templates to streamline processes.
- Provide oversight of branding, aesthetics, and written content, ensuring a professional and cohesive presentation.
- Support client interviews, presentations, and other award-related initiatives.
