Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Proposal Technician to join our team. As a Proposal Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal development process by preparing, formatting, and assembling documents. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of proposals, bids, and other technical documents
- Format and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organise technical information
- Create and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate text, and graphics
- Proofread and edit proposals for grammar, style, and content
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of proposal components
- Manage version control and document configuration for proposal submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other supporting materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Proposal Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong technical writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other document formatting tools.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the ADOBE Creative Suite
- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe Photoshop
