Electrical Prefabrication Production ManagerAs a Prefabrication Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the prefabrication processes under the guidance of the Prefabrication Manager. You will lead a team, ensuring the efficient execution of prefabrication tasks, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of products. You will collaborate closely with the Prefabrication Manager, Field Management, Project Managers, and Estimators to meet project requirements and enhance productivity.Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement prefabrication opportunities by reviewing project plans and visiting job sites.
- Work closely with the Prefab Manager to develop and refine prefab processes.
- Oversee daily prefab operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with electrical codes.
- Manage prefab materials, inventory, scheduling, and project documentation.
- Provide technical expertise, training, and safety guidance to the Prefabrication Team.
- Collaborate with PMs and project leads to develop prefab solutions that enhance project efficiency.
- Journeyman-level expertise in commercial electrical construction (Journeyman card strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to think creatively.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- 2 years of experience in prefabrication, with leadership experience, is a plus but not required.
- 3 years managing commercial electrical projects.
- Computer experience with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- $26-$33 per hour, 40-hour work week (overtime may be required)
