ESM is currently seeking the right candidate who will bring added value to our team and clients. The Agency Success representative will be instrumental in supporting and maintaining relationships with our Insurance Agency partners. This position will provide our Agency partners with updates on ESM services, technology, Agency QBRs and provide business development support to win new opportunities. The right candidate is extroverted, enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is highly competitive.  


Responsibilities:


  • Work with ESM sales team to win and onboard new Agency partnerships
  • Establish relationships and trust with Agency partners
  • Meet onsite monthly with Agencies to deepen relationships and provide business development support
  • Provide training on new ESM services, technology features and case studies
  • Be available to pitch new opportunities with Agency partners
  • Work with ESM Customer Success team with onboarding new Agency clients
  • Provide monthly analysis on Agency partners to ESM executives
  • Manage Agency contacts in Salesforce
  • Support marketing efforts by providing Agency feedback for ESM newsletters, social media outreach, blog posts, website development, etc.
  • Assist in organizing Agency appreciation events
  • Ensure Agency and Customer Satisfaction scores remain at optimal levels
  • Other Agency Partnership related responsibilities TBD


Requirements:


  • College degree
  • 5 years as an Account Manager, Account Executive, Customer Success or other business development role in the insurance or technology industry  
  • Team player! Bonus if you played collegiate sports!
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook (you will be tested!)
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Magnetic personality
  • Comfortable presenting to groups of all sizes
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal client relations
  • Frequent travel is required
  • Confidentiality is a must


 Schedule, Hours & Location:


  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Available for overtime as needed
  • San Francisco Bay Area, California (Northern CA)


Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions


  • This position includes periods of telephone and computer intensive work and may require sitting for long periods of time
  • Frequent travel is expected
  • All prospective employees may be required to pass a background check
