We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our client’s facilities.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, position based in Summerville, SC. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of building systems.
- Performing repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensuring facilities meet safety standards and operate efficiently.
We’re seeking a proactive and skilled professional with:
- Knowledge & Skills: Expertise in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities across building systems.
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial maintenance is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
