The Manager, Ecommerce will work in coordination with the Executive Director to execute strategy and oversee all aspects of the US ecommerce business. This role will lead day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, focusing on sales growth, high-touch customer experience, and operational efficiency. The position requires a combination of analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills to manage revenue goals while staying ahead of industry and channel trends. The candidate must possess a solid understanding of e-commerce. This position will report to and work closely with the Executive Director, Ecommerce to deliver and achieve overall strategic and business objectives for the Tom Ford site. Further, this position will collaborate closely with but not limited to North America Sales and Marketing, Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Production, Finance, Planning and Customer Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In close partnership with Executive Director:
· Oversee North America brand.com business with P&L responsibility.
· Drive brand site growth by partnering with agencies and Consumer Engagement team to execute media plan and optimize marketing channel performance, including paid search, retargeting display and paid social.
· Partner with planning to manage online inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, fulfillment of POs and region-specific needs.
· Manage forecasting for saleable, non-saleable and sample SKUs to support aggressive sales plans.
· Establish a firm understanding of Brand and Market priorities by season. Lead and align programming efforts to brand.com net sales and profitability targets.
· Develop and distribute US brand.com marketing calendars, including programming and site refreshes.
· Manage site merchandising and optimization, delivering a high-touch frictionless shopping experience that drives customer engagement and conversion.
· Create and submit creative briefs for online campaigns and programming to drive revenue while maintaining brand equity.
· Oversee email marketing program and strategy.
· Monitor, track, and report on email site performance, as well as New Product Launch recaps in collaboration with the NA Marketing team.
· Gather data for analysis of sales and program-specific performance regularly and make recommendations for how to improve performance.
· Manage & share weekly sales performance recaps of the .com business, sharing insights, key drivers, and levers to optimize and drive growth on a go-forward basis.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5 years’ experience (>2 years email marketing and related ecommerce business experience).
· College degree required.
· Entrepreneurial mindset, with an affinity for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Pro-active and problem-solving abilities.
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, experience in using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
· Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Strong organizational skills;
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Must be a brand advocate and team player.
o Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500 Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
