Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Esthetic Solutions Med Spa is seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Creator to help develop and implement our marketing and social media strategy in our Scottsdale and Goodyear location. The ideal candidate will be creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about social media and the beauty industry. As a Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Creator, you will be responsible for assisting in creating and scheduling content and advertisements, capturing photos and videos, monitoring social media accounts, and reporting on performance with KPIs. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all social media activities align with the marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing the overall marketing and social media strategy
• Capture photos and videos
• Create and schedule social media content across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Threads
• Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers
• Assist in analyzing social media performance and reporting on key metrics
• Research social media trends and provide recommendations for new content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with the overall marketing strategy
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social media
• Create Ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google using demographics, keywords, and other targeted marketing strategies
• Provide weekly statistics to track performance
• Plan and execute events
• Conduct weekly Community Outreach
• Conduct weekly grassroots marketing with local and nearby businesses- this includes but is not limited to brand collabs, events, and referrals
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Content Creation, Marketing Strategies, and providing KPIs.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Experience in Ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google using demographics, keywords, and other strategies for lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative and strategic thinking skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Passionate about social media and the beauty industry
• Comfortable with cosmetic medical treatments, including, but not limited to, Botox, Dermal Fillers, and laser treatments
  
  

This is a hybrid position that will be located in Scottsdale and Goodyear. This position does include the occasional Saturdays. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and the beauty industry.
