Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Human Resources to oversee HR functions across multiple locations, ensuring effective human resources practices across our expanding operations. This role will serve as a true business partner for the New York business, collaborating and providing sound insight and transparent guidance to leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement our HR strategy and ensure compliance with critical policies, regulations, and statutes
- Strategically partner with Corporate Leadership on all aspects of Integration and Transformation to include organizational realignment, up-skilling of talent, targeted training and development, and revamping leadership and internal programs
- Partner and collaborate with multiple levels of executive leadership to communicate and implement HR programs to achieve business goals and drive results for 200 employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements, grievance procedures, and union negotiations
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR) and minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
