Qualifications
This position will be providing project archive and administrative support to the GEC/GPM Engineering team in Wyandotte, MI. This will be an on-site, part-time role (approximately 24 hrs / week / 3 days per week - we prefer candidates who can work Tue/Wed/Thu but can be flexible if candidate needs to work Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri.). The successful candidate will have demonstrated organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and collaborative skills. Working with many different partners on multiple simultaneous assignments, the successful candidate must be able to perform accurate, high-quality work in a timely manner and consistently meet deadlines. This individual must be a results-oriented, highly motivated, independent team player with a strong sense of organizational discipline and who is able to identify and implement sustainable, management system solutions to repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Project Archive Process: Scanning, organizing, and archiving paper documentation
- Support effort to organize active team documentation
- Coordinate events such as meetings (logistics, food, etc.)
- Order and distribute office and canteen supplies
- Access requests (network folders, SharePoint, Service4You, BMD)
- Shipment receipts, directing deliveries
- Outlook email group management
- Building maintenance requests
- Printer supply & maintenance management
- FedEx shipments
