Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles in operations, sales, field techs, and support
- Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Source talent via job boards, social media, and networking channels
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Process bi-weekly payroll and sales commissions with accuracy
- Support benefits administration and workersâ comp claims
- Handle payroll inquiries
- Assist with HR compliance and audits (OSHA, labor law, etc.)
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proven experience in admin, HR, recruiting, or payroll
- A resourceful, people-focused approach to solving problems
- The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with payroll systems and recruiting tools is a plus
