💼 Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
-Assign drivers and route leaders while managing daily operations.
-Close and reconcile all routes for each sale, ensuring accurate reporting.
-Maintain fleet vehicles and warehouse equipment.
-Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance efficiency.
-Prepare deposit records and financial reports accurately and promptly.
-Manage deposits and financial reporting processes.
-Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
🌟 What You Bring:
✔️ 2 years in transportation and logistics, including dispatch experience.
✔️ Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.
✔️ Proficiency in software like Excel, Teams, and warehouse management systems.
✔️ Bilingual in English/Spanish (Required).
✔️ CDL-A license preferred but not mandatory.
