We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our multi-location medical spa operations. This individual must have a proven track record in the medical aesthetics industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and customer experience.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and KPIs to drive business growth and optimize profitability.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, medical protocols, and safety standards.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive patient engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Technology & Systems: Optimize scheduling, EMR, and POS systems for seamless patient flow and operational efficiency.
- Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Patient Experience: Continuously improve the patient journey, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience are required in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery practice, or related field.
- Multi-location management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and medical regulations.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and KPIs.
- Experience implementing operational improvements and scaling businesses.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in EMR, scheduling, and POS systems.
