Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is seeking an Operations Director who is passionate about helping people to recover from substance use and mental health disorders.

The Operations Director is responsible for organizing, communicating and driving organizational performance as part of the location’s leadership team. This position will be a visible and responsibility party for establishing and maintaining programmatic KPI’s, standard operating procedures and overall day to day workflow of the site. He / she will work closely with other leadership members and will ensure compliance according to state and regulatory bodies.

We would love to learn more about you if :

• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of management / operations experience and a general understanding of substance use disorders.
• CPR and First Aid Certified, preferred
