About the Role
This leadership position offers the opportunity to manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve targets. Your expertise in business operations and ability to analyze financial data will drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations to ensure seamless execution of our business strategy* Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards* Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement* Develop and implement action plans to achieve targets* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean work environment* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
Requirements
* Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry* Strong understanding of business operations and financial analysis* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting* Knowledge of local health and safety regulations* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
