ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc. (EMUS) is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Molding Tech to support our fast-paced environment Toner manufacturing Molding operations in Lawrenceville, GA. The Maintenance Molding Tech will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines. This includes molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Model the "safety first" behaviors we expect of all associates by ensuring that operational procedures, equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment.
- Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes.
- Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
- Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment.
- Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)

Experience
Required- 1 year(s): Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- 1 year(s): Use of hand tools (Allen wrenches, multi-meter, among others).
- 2 year(s): Experience with lockout/tagout procedures.
- Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, and engineering sketches.
- Basic math and computer skills required fractions as well as good English communication skills.
- Must be available to work overtime, including some weekends.
- Experience in injection mold maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Experience in plastic forming processes.
- 3 year(s): Experience with PLC, welding, and machining.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
Education
Preferred- Technical/other training or better
