Eugene Country Club has a superior work environment with many long term employees. We are looking for a skilled accounts payable clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment.
Responsibilities
- Daily Cash Reconciliation
- Post invoices and create check batches for payment
- Create weekly deposits
- Post daily sales from summary batch
- Back up receptionist answering phone
Skills
- Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
