We are a prominent Marijuana dispensary in the area seeking experienced Manager for fulltime position. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with excellent customer service and a top-notch cannabis experience. We would prefer a background in Dispensary but open to those with a strong Retail (sales) background as well. This position requires a friendly personality with a great attitude, someone who is self-motivated to sell and provide exceptional customer service. The job is high energy with a fun group of staff, the position requires someone who is very social and quick on their feet.
Responsibilities:
· Operational Management: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dispensary's daily operations, including sales, inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. You will ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and company policies, and implement efficient operational processes to achieve dispensary goals.
· Team Leadership: You will lead and inspire a team of dispensary staff, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition. You will create a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of excellence. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and retaining top talent to meet the dispensary's staffing needs.
· Customer Service: You will set a high standard for customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a welcoming, informative, and personalized experience. You will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Sales and Profitability: You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability, analyzing sales data and implementing initiatives to optimize performance. You will also oversee inventory management, cost control measures, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
· Compliance and Security: You will ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to cannabis sales, safety, and security. You will maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory agencies and implement effective security measures to protect dispensary assets.
· Staff Training and Development: You will provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to the dispensary team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively. You will also provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support their professional growth and development.
· Reporting and Analysis: You will prepare and present regular reports to ownership on dispensary performance, sales trends, inventory levels, and other key metrics. You will analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in dispensary operations.
· Vendor and Supplier Management: You will establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. You will also manage inventory levels, quality control, and vendor compliance to meet dispensary needs.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a leadership role in the cannabis industry in retail management
· Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to cannabis sales and operations including inventory control and loss management
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
· Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor with customers
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
· Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other dispensary-related tools and technologies

Requirements:
*Must have OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
*Need knowledge in product effects, methods of consumption, grow methods, basic grow information, current product types, industry trends, Oregon Laws, etc..
*Have excellent communication skills
*Have a strong knowledge of and passion for the industry
*Prefer someone with Greenbits experience, but willing to train if you have POS experience
* 21 years of age
*2 years of Retail Experience minimum
*Ensure store cleanliness
*Have strong computer skills
*Able to work both nights (until 10:15pm), weekends and holidays (flexible hours/availability, willing to cover shifts as needed)
*Must be reliable and honest, tardiness and absents for shifts is not tolerated
*Must be able to stand for entire shift
*Must be able to lift 50lb repeatedly
Pay Starting 45k Salary plus uncapped bonus potential based on performance of the store.
