Duties

- Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain an organized and efficient store layout to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee retail sales activities, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers about products.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance metrics.
Experience
