Bartender/Mixologist

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through innovative drink recipes and engaging interactions.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of infused and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
• Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about the drink menu.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink offerings.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.

Skills

• Proficient in cash register operations with strong math skills for accurate transactions.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in nightlife or nightclub settings is preferred, along with knowledge of fine dining service standards.
• Strong sales abilities to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.
• Background in food service or the food industry is advantageous, particularly in catering environments.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management.
