What You’ll Do

As our Mixologist, you’ll craft delicious drinks and unforgettable experiences:

• Guest Interaction: Welcome guests warmly, respond to requests promptly, and ensure exceptional service.
• Bartending Excellence: Mix and garnish beverages according to hotel standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Responsible Service: Check guest IDs and adhere to all alcohol service regulations.
• Accurate Transactions: Process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit cards, and vouchers.
• Bar Maintenance: Stock and organize the bar with supplies like beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and garnishes. Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of all bar areas.
• Fresh Ingredients: Cut and store perishables, maintaining their quality for perfect cocktails.
• Other Duties: Assist with additional projects or tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails.
• Possession of alcohol safety certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) to ensure responsible service.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume bar or hospitality-forward environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in high-temperature environments.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 1–3 months of related bartending or hospitality experience.
