What You’ll Do
As our Mixologist, you’ll craft delicious drinks and unforgettable experiences:
- Guest Interaction: Welcome guests warmly, respond to requests promptly, and ensure exceptional service.
- Bartending Excellence: Mix and garnish beverages according to hotel standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Responsible Service: Check guest IDs and adhere to all alcohol service regulations.
- Accurate Transactions: Process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit cards, and vouchers.
- Bar Maintenance: Stock and organize the bar with supplies like beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and garnishes. Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of all bar areas.
- Fresh Ingredients: Cut and store perishables, maintaining their quality for perfect cocktails.
- Other Duties: Assist with additional projects or tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails.
- Possession of alcohol safety certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) to ensure responsible service.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume bar or hospitality-forward environment.

- Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in high-temperature environments.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 1–3 months of related bartending or hospitality experience.
