Your Role as a Service Specialist - Parts Fulfillment:

As a Service Specialist in Parts Fulfillment, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Euro-Wall’s dealer network and end users receive the parts they need accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently. You will be responsible for processing parts requests, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Part Request Processing and Fulfillment

• Ensure prompt and precise fulfillment of both warranty and non-warranty part requests.
• Collaborate with the Post-Production Services Manager to implement tracking systems that monitor part requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide regular reports on part fulfillment metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to verify accurate billing for chargeable requests and manage costs for warranty parts claims.
• Keep parts request logs updated and accurate to support reporting, KPIs, and quality control efforts.
• Ensure data accuracy in work order entries to facilitate reporting on parts fulfillment performance.

🔹 Warranty Claims Review and Processing

• Oversee warranty claims related to parts requests from end users (including general contractors, architects, homeowners, etc.) following product installation.
• Liaise with the Chief Product Officer, engineering, production, and field service teams to assess warranty coverage and determine resolutions.
• Uphold warranty policies, ensuring that claims are processed in line with company standards.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with end users via dealers or directly from Euro-Wall as appropriate, adhering to promised response times.

🔹 Other Duties as Assigned

• Handle additional tasks related to post-production services and parts fulfillment as required.

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Key Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in customer service.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively across departments, including inventory, production, and field service teams.
• Strong time management skills to manage high volumes of department emails and calls.
• Proficient in Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM systems, Microsoft Suite, and ERP platforms.

✔ Qualifications:

• Customer service experience, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industries.
• Experience with Google Sheets is preferred.
• Prior experience in inventory or parts fulfillment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and parts order fulfillment.
