Job Description

Key Position Responsibilities :
- Client on-boarding and schedule audits - plan audits 6 – 12 months in advance when possible; verify and monitor client expiry dates and contact with ample time to begin scheduling next audit / task; schedule audits including planning re-certification audits and surveillance audits.
- Provide best possible trips, working with customers and auditors on audit dates
- Create proposals for current customers, if needed
- Set audits up in various software programs and provide checklist to auditors and to customers
- Send confirmation emails and audit plans to customers and auditor assignment forms to auditors; follow-up to assure receipt of necessary documentation.
- Requesting customers register for desired accredited software, and complete registration if necessary
- Analyze customer data for trends and trackability
- Answering a multi-line phone system, must provide exceptional customer service
- Keep records in software system of customer interactions; recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Ensure all certification scheme / scope requirements are being met
- Customer issue resolution and escalation
- Additional projects as assigned by Operations Manager.

Additional Information
Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m., with additional hours, as needed.
