Job Description
The role responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Applies a variety of GMP analytical methodologies to support the development of processes to manufacture cell therapy and monoclonal antibody therapeutics.
- Performs process development experiments, data processing, and presents results to internal departments and in technical reports and laboratory notebooks.
- Communicates scientific findings, provides status updates on assigned tasks in one-on-one discussions and within the project team and department meetings.
- Contributes to the functions of the laboratory including ordering, organization, chemical and equipment monitoring, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, biology or related degree concentration
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of GMP requirements and process development methodology.
- Experience with protein chromatography, viral filtration, tangential flow filtration, cell culture.
- Previous experience operating AKTA, HPLC, counter-flow centrifuges and cell counting instrumentation.
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to review SOPs and author technical reports.

Position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday.
Pay range: $67,000 – $77,0000
