Job Description: As an Event Coordinator at Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, you will play a vital role in supporting the expansion of our brand in the Las Vegas marketplace and be responsible for all special event and large group sales. Utilizing lead generation tactics and an existing network of clients and contacts, the successful candidate will strategically identify, plan, contract and execute all corporate buy-outs, private events and large party celebrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing a dynamic Sales Action plan in collaboration with the Company for pre-opening and opening timelines
- Generate qualified leads for corporate and large-party special events
- Managing all correspondence with perspective clients within company's software platforms; negotiating pricing, managing event details, contracting clients and facilitating event execution with operations team
- Creates annual budgets, sets sales goals, and communicates monthly expectations.
- Meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly and yearly financial goals.
- Establishes third-party referral sources and expand sales channels
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Prospect event planning and execution, as well as professional referral-based events during pre-opening periods
- Responsible for supporting General Managers with negotiating the price with clients, then drawing-up and securing BEOs
- Works closely with Front of House Managers and Executive Chef to coordinate all upcoming events, menus, etc
- Works closely with Director of VIP Services to convert corporate events into Nightclub Table Sales.
- Leads weekly BEO meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven ability and experience to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Experience within the restaurant/night club industry is mandatory
- Understanding of how to position products and pricing against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of industry computer programs; Office 365 fluent and Perfect Venue
- Understanding and examining and analyzing a P&L’s
- Obtain and maintain all work cards required by the state
