About the Position:
We’ve created a new Chief Marketing Officer position to lead our next phase of growth. This executive role will develop and execute our marketing strategy while collaborating with customers, sales, marketing, support, and engineering teams to drive continued success.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, brand guidelines, and budget aligned with our mission and goals, with a strong focus on revenue growth.
- Lead and oversee all marketing collateral, social media, blogs, and other marketing campaigns/promotions.
- Refine customer journeys to focus on retention and engagement.
- Expand our Corporate Sales program marketing to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention in collaboration with Sales Directors.
- Align the Outreach Customer Support strategy with marketing.
- Oversee and enhance our current email marketing strategy.
- Optimize digital marketing and SEO efforts to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Develop and track key marketing data to measure ROI and refine marketing performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage relationships with our third-party marketing agency and any additional partners.
You’ll be Successful if You Have:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA with marketing specialization is preferred.
- 10 plus years of experience in marketing and advertising, with several years in leadership roles.
- Experience with large-scale website marketing and design.
- Experience in marketplaces and recurring revenue models.
- Proven success in developing and executing a marketing strategy.
- A passion for analyzing the numbers to make informed decisions and proposals.
- Stellar communication skills for conveying your vision, collaborating with stakeholders, and building relationships.
- A strong understanding of and versatility with business principles, finance, and economics.
- Experience and desire to creatively problem-solve and develop innovative campaigns.
