Eventide Senior Living Communities is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the culinary services in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve nutrition and culinary quality, safety, sanitation, and compliance with established policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
- Develop individualized care plans in accordance with physician orders, facility policy, and state and federal regulations.
- Maintain food productions, sourcing, and inventory standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality meals to residents, tenants, families, guests, and staff.
- Coordinate staff and operations for catering functions and operation of the campus coffee shop(s).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Dietician (LRD) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) in North Dakota.
- Registered Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition.
- Previous Long Term Care and/or Senior Living experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and/or Dietetics preferred.
Leadership Opportunities
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional culinary services to our residents. They will be responsible for monitoring and supervising all Nutrition and Culinary Services staff, preparing and maintaining department assignments, and evaluating staffing needs.
