Responsibilities for this job include:
Receive storeroom materials and place in stock per Packing List and Purchase order. Responsible for inspection of materials and required recordkeeping.
Locate and pull materials per transaction document and complete necessary computer transactions.
Must possess excellent computer/data entry skills
Maintain and order required levels of miscellaneous expense items to accommodate manufacturing needs.
Review daily receiving documentation and input into POWERLINK/PAPERLESS. Timeliness and accuracy is key to this function.
Ability to operate fork truck proficiently to load/unload trucks as necessary.
GATHER AND DISTRIBUTE STOREROOM SUPPLIES TO DEPARTMENTS AS NEEDED.
Must possess excellent oral communication skills to allow coordination with supervisors and department lead people to effectively administer the receipt and distribution of incoming material.
