Position Overview :
The Housing Stabilization Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of housing stabilization services in Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the Housing Stabilization program, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and support a team of housing stabilization staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) guidelines and all other applicable regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize service delivery and client outcomes.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Monitor budgets and ensure financial accountability within the program.
- Conduct regular program evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle client escalations and address service-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records and reports for internal and external purposes.
