Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of care plans for individuals, particularly focusing on those with behavioral health needs. This position requires a compassionate individual who is skilled in working with children and has experience in behavioral therapy. The Coordinator will ensure that all medical documentation is accurate and up-to-date while promoting the well-being of clients through effective communication and education.
Duties
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the specific needs of clients, including those related to ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
- Conduct data collection and maintain accurate records of client progress and behavioral health interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support, including behavioral therapy techniques.
- Educate families and caregivers on behavioral health strategies and resources available for children with autism.
- Ensure all medical documentation adheres to established standards and includes relevant medical terminology.
- Monitor client behavior and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Provide support in training staff on best practices related to behavioral health and care plan implementation.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other behavioral health challenges.
- Familiarity with ADLs, behavioral therapy practices, and the development of care plans.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation processes and medical terminology.
- Experience in data collection methods related to client assessments and progress tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate clients and families effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.50 - $21.21 per hour
