Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate team management activities, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.
- Organize and plan company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Handle calendar management for executives and team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries from clients or vendors.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in office management or as an administrative clerk.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with payroll systems and understanding of payroll processes.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in event planning is desirable.
